What is the return policy?
RETURNS (ALL SALES ARE FINAL):
All sales are final. We accept returns only if the customer has received a damaged item or with a defect or an incorrect item, please email us with order details and picture of
the item (damaged or wrong).
You are responsible of choosing your size accordingly.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
All orders may take up to 2-5 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
LOST/STOLEN
Once your trackable item has been picked up and left our facility/location, the item is no longer under the control or responsibility of ARABESQUE. If your item is lost, kindly contact your assigned postage company.
Please place the item in your cart to determine your total shipping cost however, we always have ongoing free shipping promotion.
CANADA:
After processing, arrival of shipment may take up to 4-6 business days.
USA:
After processing, arrival of shipment may take up to 4-6 business days.
International Orders:
After processing,
arrival of shipment takes 3-7 business days. All International packages are shipped and traceable via our third party shippers.
